Cauliflower Steak

So I saw everyone else trying and sharing recipes for cauliflower “steak” and thought hey, why not! The recipe is pretty simple, and while it tasted good, it’s just not a regular steak. I think I’ll stick to just making cauliflower like I always have, but it was a fun experiment!
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 and prep a cookie sheet.
What Pinterest doesn’t tell you is that you’ll only get 2 or 3 “steaks” out of the head of cauliflower because cauliflower is so crumbly, at least mine was.
After you’ve sliced them a half inch thick, put some olive oil on your cookie sheet and lay the cauliflower on top.
You can use whatever you want to flavor your cauliflower steak, but I chose to drizzle mine with soy sauce and Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
Bake for a half hour and then flip, re sauce, and bake another half hour.
Add additional seasoning if you’d like. And that’s it!
